<li> kašičica bosiljka</li>
<li> 1/4 kašičice bibera</li>
<li> 2 čena belog luka</li>
<li> So</li>

<h2>Način pripreme</h2>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Zagrejati vodu do ključanja, dodati kašičicu soli i palentu, kuvati uz stalno mešanje dva do tri minuta. Skuvanu palentu presuti u prethodno pokvašene činijice (kalupe, modle) i ostaviti da odstoje dok se priprema sos.<br />
Par minuta na ulju propržiti pečurke,dodati im biber, beli luk i bosiljak pa pržiti oko 10 minuta na srednjoj vatri. Doliti paradajz sos i krčkati još 10 minuta. U zavisnosti od toga koliko je sos slan dodati još soli.<br />

<li> velika glavica luka</li>
<li> 1/2 šoljice ulja + 2 kašike ulja za prženje</li>
<li> kašičica soli</li>
<li> 1/4 kašičice bibera</li>
<li> 5 kašika vode</li>
</ul>
<h2>Način pripreme</h2>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Izrendati šampinjone. Na 2 kašike ulja propržiti sitno seckani luk, oko 10 minuta dok ne postane staklast. Dodati šampinjone pa pržiti još 10 minuta na tihoj vatri.<br />
Premazati koru uljem, prekriti još jednom korom, ponovo premazati uljem i staviti oko 1/3 fila. (obično u pakovanju ima 7 kora)<br />
Ponavljati postupak dok se ne potroše kore i fil. Ređati u podmazan pleh. Premazati pitu uljem.<br />
Peći oko pola sata (dok ne porumeni) na 180C. <h2>Način pripreme</h2>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Kotlete lagano istući batićem, posoliti, popapriti i naglo ispržiti na maslacu s jedne i druge strane da porumene. Pržene kotlete poredati ukrug na zagrijanu zdjelu za služenje, staviti u sredinu pire od crnog luka, koji treba da bude prilično gust, i držati na toplom mjestu.<br />
Na preostalom maslacu u tiganju popirjati vrganje i gomoljike. Dodati vino i kuhati dok ne zavri, miješajući za to vrijeme i skidajući kuhačom zapečeni sok sa dna tiganja. Uliti vrhnje i ostaviti umak još koju minutu na tihoj vatri. <li> 1 žličica gusto ukuhanih rajčica</li>
<li> 1/2 češnja bijelog luka</li>

</ul>
<h2>Način pripreme</h2>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Zagrijati maslac i 2 žlice ulja, spustiti meso i propržiti ga sa svih strana da ravnomjerno porumeni.<br />
Na preostaloj žlici ulja, popirjati vrganje, spustiti ih u posudu s mesom i dodati krumpiriće (bilo mlade ili isječene od starih). Posoliti, zapapriti, staviti u umjereno zagrijanu pećnicu (200°C) i peći.<br />
Napraviti bijedu zapršku od maslaca i brašna, dodati rajčicu i zgnječeni bijeli luk, naliti bistrom juhom i miješati na tihoj vatri dok se umak ne zgusne. Prije služenja preliti ovim umakom meso, posuti ga sitno isjeckanim peršunom i služiti u istoj posudi.</p>

<h2>Način pripreme</h2>
<p>Pečurke očistiti i iseći na veće komade. Na  zagrejanom ulju propržiti sitno iseckan crni luk. Dodati isečene  pečurke, so, biber i propržiti. Nakon toga, dodati alevu papriku, doliti  supu od povrća, kašiku griza i dinstati. Na kraju posuti sitno  iseckanim listom peršuna.
